Our Mission is to support the Police and Fire Department as they care for and guard the safety, health and welfare of residents and guests of the City of Highland Beach, Florida.

We are pleased to present this letter of support for the Highland Beach Police and Fire Foundation. This vital organization was established to assist the Highland Beach Police and Fire Departments by providing resources beyond what we receive from public funding. Specifically, the Foundation supports the Departments in acquiring the training, technology, and equipment necessary to remain highly progressive and forward-thinking public safety agencies.
The Highland Beach Police and Fire Foundation is more than just a funding source; the Board of Directors collaborates closely with the Police and Fire Department leadership to explore emerging trends and identify effective public safety strategies—opportunities for prevention and risk management strategies to make our community a safer place to live and work.
The Foundation strengthens collaboration between the Police and Fire Departments, our community, and our residents. It also promotes excellence in public safety by acknowledging and supporting outstanding individual and collective achievements.
